I have 2 crazy kids, an equally crazy husband, I've been in customer service for 21 years, I also teach Customer Service in the Culinary Arts Program at the College of the Rockies, and I love skiing, mountain biking, cars/4x4's, mini rainbow cookies, Earl Grey tea and Americanos.
